New you, who starts the weekend morning with meditation at sunrise and a two-hour yoga practice?
I believe that it is better to introduce changes gradually, so let’s start with something less drastic. I invite you to join me on the mat – “Good Mornign Yoga” on Saturday at a bearable morning hour, i.e. at 10:30.
Morning practice will energize the body after the whole night, change the quality of breath, calm down and prepare for everything that may happen that day. It will fill you with positive intentions and naturally boost your metabolism.
It is also a great opportunity to invite a friend with whom you find it difficult to catch up and go for a coffee right after class! ☕🍰

The practice is in vinyasa style.
Saturdays at 10:30. Classes last for an hour.
For everyone without exception, regardless of experience or lack of it!
If you have concerns or any ailments, injuries or illnesses, inform the teacher before the class.
It is necessary to book places for classes. You can do it by message in any way: on FB, IG, SMS, e-mail or in person at the reception of the studio.
